Carry-On size and weight allowances vary by airline. Please check your airline's policy before you travel. 

Once the order is placed, we will send proof of your custom bag for approval. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production once the final artwork is approved. Embroidered bags are non-refundable.

Product defects are covered under our 3-year warranty. If a product is found to be defective within 3 years of purchase, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. A product defect is defined as a problem resulting from poor workmanship. It is not a result of improper use, abuse, or normal wear and tear. 

If this product is discontinued within the 3-year warranty timeframe, the customer will have the option to receive a store credit worth the price the customer paid for the bag or choose to pay the difference for the newer replacement model.
