This mount is built solidly and holds my iPad Pro securely! I understand that one advertised feature of the mount is the iPad can rotate while attached to the mount...what is the recommended way to add some friction so it *won't* rotate if not desired? Thanks!

After trying few locations, with the additional suction base sticked on top, the iPad Pro 10.5 with ForeFlight becomes a perfect complement to MFD.

This is the standard flex mount suction. I was concerned that it may not have enough staying power. I was wrong - the standard suction stays on Plexiglas as if it were bolted on, even at the curved sections. It works great sitting just to the left and above the yoke at about a 45 degree angle in my Piper Cherokee. The one area I was thinking of that did not work was to use one of the $10.00 adhesive discs on a blank instrument circle on the instrument panel itself. But that will not work because the suction cup is bigger than the blank instrument gauge circle if that makes sense. The unit is well made and when you tighten the locks it is very rigid. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. I would buy it again.

I received this mount in the mail just in time for a 6 hour flight in a helicopter. I am flying a R-22 for instructional purpose and found this mount worked perfectly. The mount is strong and durable and I will never use my iPad without this mount again.

The product was exactly as advertised....solid construction and small enough to fit on either side of our 172 Cessna windscreen. Well made!
